Each feature below is something the prompt has to encode, or something a careless prompt will accidentally undo.

Retroflex stops
The /t/ and /d/ are produced with the tongue curled back against the hard palate rather than at the alveolar ridge. It is the single most identifiable feature, and it survives even at fast pacing, so it does not need reinforcing in the prompt.
Syllable-timed rhythm
Syllables receive more even weight than in stress-timed American or British English, which flattens the contrast between stressed and unstressed. This makes the accent unusually legible at speed, and it is why it performs well for instructional and support content.
Monophthongal FACE and GOAT
The vowels in face and goat are held as single steady vowels rather than glided diphthongs, so face leans towards fes and goat towards got. Asking for a smooth or gliding delivery works against this and blurs the accent.
